Mom'S Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
    2 c. 1/2-inch celery
    2 c. cut zucchini
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. basil
    2 green peppers
Preparation
    Fry and drain sausage, add celery and cook 10 minutes.
    Add cut up zucchini, onion and tomatoes and spices and cook 20 minutes.
    Add 2 chopped green peppers and cook 10 minutes.
    Serve with garlic bread and Parmesan cheese.
