Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans hominy, drained
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Add hominy and chilies.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Pour into casserole dish and grate 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese on top of casserole.
    Bake approximately 15 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven or until cheese is melted.
