Mini Chocolate Chip Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. miniature chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Grease 24 miniature muffin pan cups. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In medium bowl, whisk milk, butter, egg and vanilla.
Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Spoon into prepared cups.
Bake 18 minutes or until just golden.
Unmold and cool on wire racks.
Makes 2 dozen.
