Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 stick Parkay
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put drained pineapple into casserole. Add sugar and egg.
    Mix cornstarch in water; pour over pineapple. Mix well.
    Cut Parkay into inch slices; put on top.
    Add cinnamon. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
