Beefy Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. chopped chives or onion
    18 large fresh mushrooms
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Mix beef, horseradish, chives or onion, garlic salt and pepper together in a bowl.
    Remove stems from mushrooms (sometimes I finely chop the stems and add to meat mixture).
    Stuff mushrooms with beef mixture.
    Place in a shallow baking dish; pour wine over mushrooms.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until beef is done.
    Makes 18 appetizers.
