Fillet Of Sole In Lemon Parsley Butter - cooking recipe

1/2 c. margarine or butter
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. celery seed
1 lb. sole or flounder fillets
Preparation

Place margarine in rectangular baking dish, 12 x 8-inch, or 10-inch square casserole.
Microwave at High (100%) until melted, 45 seconds to 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Blend in remaining ingredients except fish fillets.
