Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 c. cooked tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Remove from pan and saute onions and pepper until golden brown in bacon fat.
    Add next 4 ingredients and place in 1 1/4-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
