Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. mashed potatoes (use Russet kind)
1 Tbsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes with skins on.
Then peel and mash.
Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls.
Roll balls into flour. Drop into boiling water and cook about 10 to 15 minutes or until they float to the top.
