Jalapeno Pimiento Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
16 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 c. mayonnaise (more if needed)
1 (4.5 oz.) can chopped jalapeno peppers
2 (4 oz.) jars diced pimiento, drained
1 small onion, minced
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl and enjoy. This is a great pimiento cheese recipe.
