Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. apples- peeled and sliced (better if a tart apple is used)
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place apples in a buttered baking dish.
    Sift together ingredients and then cut in butter until a fine crumbly mixture forms.
    Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
