Streusel Topped Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 to 8 sweet potatoes (boil, peel and mash) or 3 (16 oz.) cans, drained and mashed
1 c. maple syrup
1 tsp. grated orange peel

Preparation

Combine potatoes with syrup and orange peel.
Spoon into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
