Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. or 6 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 eggs, hard-boiled
Preparation
    Combine potatoes with onion.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix with Italian salad dressing.
    Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Just before serving, add mayonnaise, celery and eggs. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
