Insalata Agro-Dolce(Sweet And Sour Italian Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pt. carrots, cooked, diced and drained
1 pt. green peas, cooked, diced and drained
1 pt. green beans, cooked, diced and drained
1 pt. red beans, cooked, diced and drained
1 c. diced onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir lightly. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Serves 20.
