2 to 3 green onions
1/2 regular onion
2 chopped tomatoes
parsley, salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. garlic
2 to 3 c. cooked, seasoned rice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. white cooking wine
1/2 c. water or chicken stock
