Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. hot thick white sauce
1 c. chopped, cooked broccoli
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese or 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Beat egg yolks and add to white sauce.
Add broccoli and cheese.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into buttered baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
May be served with additional White Sauce, if desired.
