Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Beat eggs well.
Add sugar, butter, salt and scalded milk slowly.
Add flavoring.
Pour into pie pan lined with unbaked pastry.
Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
Bake in moderate oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
