My Version Of Canadian Pork Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bulk sausage (I use mild flavor, but suit yourself)
1 onion, chopped
2 to 3 potatoes
pie crust for two-crust pie (9 to 10-inch pan)
Preparation

Cook sausage and onion together, crumbling it up as it cooks until cooked through but not browned.
Drain well on paper towels. Peel potatoes, slice and boil just until soft.
Drain and mash with a little milk (should seem a little dry for mashed potatoes). Add the sausage and mix with mixer until mixed well and sausage pieces are quite small.
