Zesty Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut in 8 pieces
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Italian salad dressing mix, divided
    2 medium zucchini, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    1 red pepper, cut in strips
    1/2 c. white wine or chicken broth
Preparation
    Place chicken in roasting pan and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon salad dressing mix.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Add vegetables and wine to pan; sprinkle with remaining salad dressing.
    Toss to coat well.
    Bake for 25 minutes more or until chicken is fork-tender.
