Chocolate Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa, divided
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2/3 c. light brown sugar
    1/4 c. semi-sweet mini chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put flour, sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, baking powder into ungreased 8-inch square baking pan.
    Stir with fork to mix well.
    Add milk and oil.
    Stir until well blended.
    Sprinkle brown sugar, remaining 1/4 cup cocoa and chocolate chips over batter.
    Mix vanilla with hot water and pour evenly over top. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until surface looks dry and brownie like. Serve with a spoon, warm or at room temperature.
