Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped (cooked) chicken
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    2 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. crushed potato chips
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Toss ingredients and put in flat greased casserole.
    Top with 1 cup crushed potato chips, 1/2 cup grated cheese and a few almonds. Sliced almonds are more decorative.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Do not overheat to keep celery crisp.
    Serves 6 to 8.
