Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    1 lb. sausage
    1 pkg. frozen hash browns
    2 to 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion
    1 red pepper
    1 green pepper
    10 to 12 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Flatten crescent rolls into 10 x 15-inch pan (include sides). Saute onion and peppers and add to hash browns.
    Layer sausage (or bits of ham or bacon) and potatoes over crust (no need to thaw potatoes) and grated Cheddar cheese and onion and peppers.
    Then top with eggs whipped with milk and dry mustard.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
    Serve with salsa! Good!
