Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 1/2 lb. round steak
 
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 green pepper
1 onion
Preparation
- 
                            Cut steak into pieces.
 
Flour steak and brown in skillet. Place in pan for oven.
Add tomato sauce, chopped onion and peppers on top.
Salt and pepper.
Add 1 can water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
