Onion Soup A Al Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. thinly sliced onions
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 qt. rich, hearty beef stock
salt and pepper to taste
4 slices toasted French bread
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Saute onions in 4 tablespoons butter or margarine until golden.
Stir often.
Add the stock and boil 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
