Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. milk
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 egg
    1 small can tomato paste
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans beef broth
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Parboil cabbage in boiling water for 5 minutes.
    Separate leaves and set aside, using 20 leaves.
    Mix beef, milk, onion, garlic salt, rice, egg, 1/2 can tomato paste, salt and pepper. Place small cabbage leaf in large leaf.
    Place 1/3 cup meat mixture in center of small leaf.
    Roll both leaves around meat. Fasten with toothpicks.
    Combine remaining ingredients; bring to boil.
    Add cabbage rolls.
    Simmer for 2 hours.
    Yield:
    10 servings.
