Low Fat Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
    1/2 c. quick oats
    1 1/2 c. Mott's natural apple sauce, divided
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and grease an 8 inch round pan.
    Mix together the Bisquick, oats, 3/4 cup of apple sauce, sugar, cinnamon, egg, vanilla and butter, stirring vigorously for 1 minute and spread in pan.
    Bake for 30-35 minutes.
    While still hot spread with 3/4 cup of the apple sauce and add topping.
