Sumptuous Grilled Shrimp And Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) bottle Catalina French dressing
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. black pepper
2 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce
1 lb. large shrimp, shelled and cleaned
1 lb. large sea scallops
1 large onion, cut into medium pieces
Preparation

Combine dressing, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, pepper and Tabasco sauce.
Place shrimp, scallops and onion in a large container.
Cover with marinade and refrigerate overnight.
Thread shrimp, scallops and onion onto skewers.
Cover grill with foil punched with holes.
Place over coals.
Place skewers on foil. Cook with cover on grill until shrimp and scallops are cooked thoroughly (25 minutes).
Turn occasionally, brushing with marinade.
