Pineapple Pepper Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Let cheese soften at room temperature.
    Mix cream cheese, pineapple, onion, peppers, 1/2 cup of pecans and other ingredients.
    Place in refrigerator to firm; then roll into ball, covering with remaining pecans.
    Place a cherry in center of ball for color.
    Serve with fancy crackers.
