Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 red potatoes
    1 green pepper
    1 yellow pepper
    1 red pepper
    3 onions
    1 (12 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into quarters.
    Put layer of potatoes in ovenproof (9 x 13-inch) dish.
    Arrange peppers, cut lengthwise, into about 8 strips around and over potatoes.
    Place onions, cut in quarters, among potatoes and peppers.
    Pour Italian dressing over vegetables.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
