Barbecued Pork Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground pork
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ground oregano
    1/4 c. minced onion
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly and form into 1/4 pound patties.
    Sear on grill, then reduce flame and cook over direct heat, about 10 minutes each side.
    Serves 4 to 6.
