Bobbi'S Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. bacon
1 medium onion, diced
4 c. milk
4 to 5 potatoes, cubed
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. flour
1 can cream-style corn
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut bacon in 1/2-inch pieces and fry until crisp.
Remove and save 2 to 3 tablespoons bacon grease. Add onion and celery. Cook until tender.
Blend in flour and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add milk and stir well.
Add other ingredients and cook until tender.
