Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 stick margarine
    7 c. flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Dissolve sugar, salt and margarine in hot milk.
    Cool milk lukewarm.
    Add yeast and beaten eggs.
    Stir in flour and beat until smooth.
    Let rise 45 minutes. Roll out and cut round shapes.
    Put a small dab of margarine and fold.
    Let rise another 45 minutes.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
