Company Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    5 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. salt
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. thick sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Cook noodles in 3 quarts of salted water.
    Brown ground meat in 3 tablespoons butter.
    Stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
    Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green pepper and onions.
