Raspberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    seedless raspberry jam
    almond paste
Preparation
    Beat butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add sour cream and almond extract; mix.
    Add flour, soda and powder.
    Beat well.
    Put one tablespoon batter in each muffin cup.
    Add 1 teaspoon jam and 1/2 to 1 teaspoon almond paste.
    Fill with more batter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, until golden.
    Makes 12 to 14 muffins.
