Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sour cream
    2 (5 oz.) cans boned chicken
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
    2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    12 corn tortillas
Preparation
    Spread 1/3 cup sour cream in bottom of baking dish.
    Use 2 cups of sour cream and mix all ingredients, except cheese and tortillas.
    In a skillet, heat 1 tortilla at a time in a small amount of oil.
    Put 1/4 cup chicken mixture in each tortilla and roll up.
    Spread top with sour cream and grated cheese.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
