White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

1 lb. butter
3 c. sugar
6 to 7 eggs
2 oz. bottle lemon extract
3 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. soda
6 1/2 c. flour (reserve 1/4 c.)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lb. white raisins
1 lb. pecans, broken
1 lb. almonds, blanched
1 lb. cherries (red/green)
1 lb. pineapple (red/clear)
1 fresh coconut, ground or 2 c. Angel Flake
