Potato Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. new potatoes (unpeeled), cut in wedges
    1 1/2 tsp. rosemary
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 large sweet red pepper, cut in strips
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and rosemary in oil for 7 to 8 minutes, using skillet, until potatoes are crisp and golden brown.
    Add pepper. Cook 2 minutes.
    Add peas, mustard and salt.
    Cook over medium heat 2 minutes.
