Mississippi Mud Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. evaporated skim milk
    1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 Tbsp. Grape-Nuts cereal
Preparation
    Combine 1/3 cup marshmallows, cocoa and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Gradually stir in milk and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
    Let cool.
    Stir in 1/4 cup marshmallows and Grape-Nuts.
    Serve over frozen yogurt, angel food cake or fresh fruit.
    Yields 1 cup, 4 (1/2 cup) servings.
