Sunday Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 cube steaks
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 can water
    4 oz. mushrooms
    1 can beef gravy
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Put steaks in flour and brown slightly.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, sprinkle soup mix on steaks; cover with mushrooms.
    Put on onion. Mix beef gravy with water and pour over steaks.
    Cover with foil. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
