Scallops Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bay scallops
    2 slices white bread
    1 c. milk
    1 box Uneeda crackers
    1/4 c. melted margarine or butter
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    Wash scallops.
    Combine crackers (crushed), bread, cheese and some of butter.
    Butter casserole and arrange in layers, starting with and ending with stuffing.
    Pour milk and rest of melted butter over top.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
