Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground round beef
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles (small)
    2 tsp. low-fat margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. cheese, grated (medium Cheddar and Mozzarella)
    pepper to taste
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles in salted water until tender; drain and hold. Add meat to margarine and cook until color changes.
    Add salt, pepper and tomato paste; simmer 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and drain off fat.
    Stir in cottage cheese, sour cream and noodles. Pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Top with grated Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese
    and sprinkle top with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
