Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked or canned, unsweetened pumpkin
    2 large eggs
    1 1/2 c. low-fat milk
    sugar substitute equal to 3/4 c.
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon or 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, salt and spices.
    Beat eggs slightly in a separate bowl.
    Add pumpkin to sugar mixture; beat and mix well. Add milk to batter.
    Add eggs; mix in gently.
    Pour in pie shell. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 to 25 minutes longer.
