Monte'S Calente Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. coarse ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco
3 tsp. chili powder
2 chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
12 or more Japanese red peppers
1 heaping tsp. oregano
1 tsp. comino seed
garlic to taste
1 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
6 chili pods (sweet)
Preparation

Cook beef in skillet until gray in color.
Drain grease off and add remaining ingredients.
Be sure to remove the Japanese peppers before serving.
