Banana Split Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. milk (2% may be used)
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tall can evaporated milk
    3 small bananas, mashed
    1/2 c. chopped cherries (maraschino)
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained well
Preparation
    Step 1:
    In microwave saucepan, combine sugar, flour, eggs and milk.
    Stir well.
    Cook in microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes, turning every two minutes, until mixture is thick enough to coat spoon.
