Cheese Bits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation
    Beat butter at medium speed with electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add cheese, beating well.
    Combine flour, salt and red pepper; gradually add to cheese mixture, mixing well.
    Cover and chill 1 hour.
    Roll dough into 3/4-inch balls.
    Place on baking sheets and freeze until firm.
    Place in airtight container and put in freezer.
    To serve, place frozen cheese balls on a baking sheet; bake at 400\u00b0 for about 14 minutes.
