Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 tsp. butter
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. green onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. green pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
    Brown meat in 1 tablespoon butter.
    Stir in tomato sauce.
    Remove from heat; set aside.
    Combine cheeses, sour cream, onion and pepper. In a buttered 2-quart casserole, spread half of the noodles. Cover with cheese mixture, then cover with remaining noodles. Pour melted butter over the noodles.
    Pour hamburger mixture on top of the noodles.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
