Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 stick oleo
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    6 to 8 green onions, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. oregano leaves
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can water
Preparation
    Brown rice in oleo.
    Add mushrooms, onions, oregano leaves, beef consomme and water.
    Cook, covered, about 30 to 45 minutes until all water is absorbed.
