Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 slices bacon
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    ground meat to taste
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 c. tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/8 tsp. pepper
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Fry bacon and crumble.
    Add onion, peppers and meat to bacon drippings.
    Brown.
    Add rice, bacon, tomatoes and seasoning.
    Mix well.
    Put in dish.
    Cover with cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
