Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. coconut
    3 c. raw grated carrots
    1 c. pecan or walnuts chopped
Preparation
    Mix the sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs together.
    Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together.
    Add the mixtures together and mix well.
    Add the coconut, carrots and nuts. Pour mixture into 9 x 13 pan and bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0 or 2 round cake pans at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool.
