Fresh Blueberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
    6 c. picked over blueberries
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. double acting baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 stick butter (oleo), cut into bits
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. boiling water
Preparation
    Toss first 4 ingredients in large bowl until combined well. Put in 10-inch or 6-cup deep dish pie plate.
    In a bowl combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and butter until resembles a coarse meal.
    Add boiling water and mix (forms a dough).
    Drop over blueberry mixture and bake on a baking sheet in middle of preheated 400\u00b0 oven, 30 to 40 minutes, until topping is golden.
    Serve warm with French vanilla frozen yogurt or ice cream.
