Mock Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated zucchini
1 egg
1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, then make patties 4 x 1/2-inch. Brown in Teflon frypan.
Serve with cocktail sauce.
Easiest to handle on piece of wax paper.
Can freeze on a cookie sheet and store in large Tupperware container.
Makes 4 servings.
